The following is information regarding our services at V.P. Products, Inc. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. If you are inquiring about an order, please reference your order number.

NoteOur website cannot take order from outside the United States. Please contact us for ordering and shipping arrangements.

Terms of Ordering
Minimum orders - As stated on product information page.
Case packs - Items must be ordered in case pack. V.P. Product, Inc. will automatically increase your order to conform to our case pack quantities.


Payment Terms
New accounts - In order to expedite your first order, V.P. Products, Inc. accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Order, and Cashiers Check.
Terms - Net 30 days from the date of invoice. (Subject to credit approval)


Delivery Conditions
FOB - Our product are priced FOB South El Monte, CA.
Risk of damage or loss of product in transit are the buyer's responsibility.
Back orders - V.P. Products, Inc. will automatically ship any back orders, unless a fax, phone call or e-mail cancellation confirmation is received. Freight charges will apply to all back orders.


Shipping
The shipping charges for the items are indicated on the product detail page.
Indicated shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous states only. Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates will be higher.

UPS Ground is the shipping method we use in the 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii is ship via US Parcel Post. The shipping rate will be based on destination zip code and shipping weight of your package(s).

You can expect delivery from 2 to 8 business days after placing your order ... depending your geographic location. This is an estimated transit time and is not guaranteed.


Where We Cannot Ship
At this time, we ship to 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska. Currently we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please contact us for international shipping arrangements.

Product Warranty & Claims for Damages
Product modification - V.P. Products, Inc. reserves the right to modify or change our products for improvement.
Inspection of goods - Any discrepancy in receipt of merchandise or visible freight damage must be reported to both V.P. Products, Inc. and freight carrier at the time of receipt of shipment.
Claims - All claims for damages or shortages must be reported in writing within 7 days of shipment receipt. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.


Returns
For a refund or exchange, most products may be return within 15 days of original purchase date. Product must be in original box with original packaging.
Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or has been used will required a deduction if accepted.
No return will be accepted without written authorization from V.P. Products, Inc.
Restocking fee - Customers will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee and all applicable freight charges if goods are returned without written authorization.


Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipped within California, unless indicated for resale purposes.
